WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
Orders once placed shall not be cancelled.
The products sold are covered under manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year. In case you find that the product is not working properly, after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, without any questions asked within Seven (7) days. The faulty product/part has to returned back to us for replacement/repair. Transformers, Chargers, Adopters and Bulb are not included in warranty.
The faulty product/part will be replaced only on receipt of the product to us in their original packing in original undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of item(s) at your end. All products will be inspected on receipt and any defects reported to you.
If the product replacement is not in stock when a replacement is received then, it may take us 21 to 30 days from the date of receipt of product to replace it.
Refunds
If when, there is no stocks beyond the above stipulated time then, your order will be cancelled and we shall refund the total amount in exceptional cases.Our Company Reserves the rights for Product Refund and Warranty. When a manufacturing defect has been observed, the Customer will notify immediately and if, so requested by the Company, return the Goods to the Company. The company reserves the right to determine and confirm whether the defect is a
manufacturing defect or not.
Any dispute in this regard is subject to Nagpur Jurisdiction.
