Description

The LABOMED® Prima Mu microscope has been meticulously designed to meet the diverse needs of clinical environments. Its highly modular form factor incorporates top-notch optical, illumination, and mechanical engineering.

The microscope features a well-corrected apochromatic optical system with exclusive MaxLite TM coatings, ensuring physicians can visualize images with exceptional color fidelity and minimal chromatic or spherical aberration.

 

With an efficient LED light source providing over 75,000 lux of illumination and an estimated runtime of 50,000 hours, the microscope offers excellent brightness. Its fluid mechanical design enables smooth and precise positioning of the microscope.

 

In practical terms, this means users can expect a lifetime of delightful and hassle-free use. The PRIMA Mμ microscope includes a straight observation head and an optional motorized fine focus system, enhancing operating comfort and delivering unparalleled benefits in ENT surgeries. Additionally, a range of accessories such as cameras, beam splitters, and camera adapters are available for high-quality documentation. The straight observation head has a focal length of f/170 mm.

  • Multiple mounting options are available, including a compact floor stand with a lockable base, wall mount, ceiling mount, and table mount.
  • The LABOMED ProLine series provides a range of video and intermediary accessories, such as beam splitters and camera adapters, to meet documentation needs.
  • The illumination system is carefully designed to produce a true-to-day color temperature of 5700K. This system requires minimal maintenance and has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours.
  • The LABOMED proprietary MaxLiteTM coating technology enhances optical surface treatment, resulting in no-glare images with accurate colors and contrast.
  • The NuVar variable focus objective allows users to adjust the working distance between 300mm and 400mm, catering to specific procedure requirements.
  • For digital documentation purposes, the microscope offers various camera adapters, smartphone adapters, and beam splitters from the LABOMED ProLine series.

  • Eyepiece: WF 10X/18mm with retractable eye guards, diopter adjustment of ±5mm with diopter lock. Optional WF 12.5X/18mm eyepieces are available.
  • Apochromatic Magnichanger: Options of 0.6X, 1.0X, and 1.6X magnification.
  • Objective: Standard f-250 mm with fine focus. Various options are available, including NuVar with focal length adjustment, f-300-400 mm, f-200-400 mm, f-300 mm or f-400 mm with fine focus, and f-200 mm fixed objective. An objective lens protector is also included.
  • Light Source: 27W LED providing 75,000 lux of illumination.
  • Built-in Filters: Green and Yellow.
  • Vertical Movement of arm: ±250 mm with a power-saving feature that cuts off the light in the park position.
