With its 10-way foot controlled motorized apochromatic optical system, Stella ensures seamless adjustments and precise control. Surgeons will appreciate the nimbleness and responsiveness of the microscope, thanks to its intuitive articulation and control features.
Stella sets itself apart with a waterproof foot control that effortlessly operates X, Y, and Z axis motors, as well as magnification changes and light intensity adjustments. The arm system houses a safe LED light source (6500 kelvin) that delivers cool, bright-white illumination for optimal visibility. With a lifespan of up to 60,000 hours, the LED ensures long-lasting performance.
Unlike traditional cylindrical columns, Stella features a unique triangular column system that pivots with the arm. This design distributes weight evenly and maintains near-perfect center of gravity, resulting in vibration-free operation. The F=200-400mm NuVar variable working distance apochromatic objective enhances depth of field and versatility, catering not only to different procedures but also accommodating multi-user environments.
Operating Microscope for Spine, Neuro, and Cranial Surgeries:
Binocular Tube: The head of the microscope can be tilted from 0 to 210 degrees.
Objective: Variable objective with a focal length of 300-500mm.
Motorized Foot Switch: The foot switch controls various functions such as motorized magnification, motorized fine focus in the Z-axis (40mm), motorized XY movement (50x50mm) with auto reset, and motorized light intensity control.
Magnification: The microscope offers different magnification options with 10X and 12.5X eyepieces.
Arm Length: The microscope has a swivel arm of 470mm and a suspension arm of 1000mm, which can be extended up to 1620mm.
Eyepieces: It is equipped with WF 10X/18mm eyepieces with eye guards and a diopter lock mechanism. An optional WF 12.5X/18mm eyepiece is also available. The diopter adjustment range is ±8mm with a diopter lock.
Built-in Filters: The microscope has flip in/out filters, including a blue-blocking yellow filter and a red-free green filter.

Operating Microscope Spine, Neuro & Cranial
The ProLine series of video adapters and accessories offer various options for customization and enhancement, such as single and double beam splitters, DSLR camera adapters, smart phone adapters, and an assistant viewer bridge for co-observation. The Stella microscope can be paired with an HD monitor using the Stella VESA mount for live streaming and image preview. It supports HDMI and Bluetooth screen sharing on smart monitors.
The microscope provides easy magnification change through an intuitive foot control function. It also features the EZtilt tilting carrier that allows the microscope to articulate 180 degrees on the axis, accommodating different viewing angles required for ENT procedures involving ear and nasal canals.
The stand is robust, vibration-free, and equipped with four lockable castors. The observation tubes offer a tiltable head with a focal length of 170mm and are configured with a double beam splitter and double iris attachment for depth of field management. Other specifications include IPD range of 49-78mm, optional WF 12.5X/18mm eyepieces, magnichanger with a motorized stepper zoom system offering 5 steps of magnification, microscope tilt range of 0-180 degrees, NuVar 20 variable CMO objective with a focal length of 295-495mm and a working distance of 200-400mm, and built-in filters such as flip in/out blue blocking (yellow), green, and blue filters.
Optional accessories include an assistant binocular attachment, Proline range of camera adapters, and smart phone adapters. The total arm reach is a maximum of 1500mm, and the vertical movement of the suspension arm is ±300mm. The microscope is operated using a 10-function wired foot switch for controlling XYZ movement, magnification change, and intensity control. The maximum suspension load is 12kg, and the combined weight of the base and column is 170kg. The arm weight is 24.5kg, and the X-Y, magchanger, and head weight is 8.7kg.
